Molasses Creek

Citybound

Molasses Creek is joined by longtime friends Louis Allen and Stan Brown for their fourth album. It was Stanjo's Bashville connections that inspired Molasses Creek to record Citybound in Music City. They fit right in with their flounder-skin cowboy boots and pirate hats. After a wonderful week of high adventure, the band returned to their island home bringing with them one hot album and many fine memories.'-- From the liner notes Special guests: Louis Allen -- Harmonica, vocals Stan Brown -- Banjo Vassar Clements -- Fiddle David Grier -- Guitar Gene Wooten -- Dobro Brent Truit-- Mandolin Denis Crouch-- Bass Beverly Botsford-- Percussion
